kind of computer skills must I have?
Before enrolling in an online course, you should already be able to:
1. Use word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word).

Can I use computers in Internet cafes?
Yes. For discussions, you will need mainly a web browser to access the course web site, and a means for receiving/sending e-mails. These facilities are always available in Internet cafes.

What programs I need for going on the courses?
You are going to need the next programs. All of them are free and you easily can download from Internet:
- Adobe Acrobat Reader, for the texts of the subjects...
- QuickTime for watching the video on line.
- MSN Menssager, for e-mail address and chat on line. We recommend that the better is get a free account for email. If you already has one e-mail account with this provider you only have to download the program. After, you have to install the program in your PC and add in the list of friends addresses the e-mail address of your tutor and the teacher of the subjects you enrolled.
